​Jessie is a nutritionist mama with a passion for learning and teaching. Her clinical approach is to work with you based on where you are currently -- your goals, concerns, food preferences, and schedule -- to craft an individualized nutrition plan to get you out of pain, into your favorite outfit, and out into the world filled with joy and energy! 

She loves being able to support people achieve vibrant health with something as beautiful and nourishing as the food we choose to put on our plate. 

Jessie is a Certified Nutrition Consultant with a MS in Nutrition & Integrative from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also certified in Clinical Homeopathy, which she incorporates into nutritional and integrative recommendations when applicable.

If English is not your most comfortable language, she can work with you in Spanish if you are patient with many mistakes :)
